Julian Jäger takes over leadership of Austria’s commercial airports...

Since May 8, 2026, Mag. Julian Jäger, Member of the Executive Board of Flughafen Wien AG, has been the new President of the Austrian Association of Commercial Airports (AÖV). He succeeds Mag. Norbert Draskovits, Managing Director of Linz Airport, as part of the regular rotation.

The new Vice President of the AÖV is Wolfgang Grimus, Managing Director of Graz Airport.

The Austrian Association of Commercial Airports (AÖV), founded in 1956, represents the interests of Austria’s regional airports. Its mission is to promote cross-company cooperation, facilitate the regular exchange of operational know-how, and represent shared interests in national and international aviation- and airport-related decision-making processes.
