Business- Lounge
As a seasonal employee in the lounge, you welcome our lounge visitors and manage their access. You also assist with replenishing the buffet and clearing tables. Enjoying direct customer contact, being service-oriented, and having good English skills are key qualities for this role.
Aircraft Loading and Unloading
As a seasonal employee in aircraft loading and unloading, you are responsible for proper baggage handling as well as loading and unloading luggage according to the requirements of the airline, aircraft manufacturer, and load plan. Your duties also include sorting baggage and handling the loading and unloading of baggage containers.
Passenger Services
As a seasonal employee in the Passenger Services department, you handle passenger and baggage processing (check-in) using various handling systems. You issue boarding passes and familiarize passengers with their departure information. Your responsibilities also include assisting passengers upon arrival and at the departure gate.
Traffic Department
As a seasonal employee, you assist the staff of the Traffic Department with aircraft handling. You act as a liaison between the flight crew, operations office, gate personnel, and apron staff, coordinating all handling processes on the apron to ensure a timely departure.
Sales and Support Staff in the Shops
As a seasonal employee in sales, your main responsibilities include cashier and accounting tasks. You also assist our guests and are responsible for the presentation and sale of our product range.
As a support staff member in the shops, your duties include, among others: shelving, unpacking and stocking products, assisting with packing purchased items, and similar tasks.
Access Control
As a seasonal employee at access control, you verify the legitimate reason for entry of passengers and other individuals (e.g., by checking boarding passes, airport IDs, etc.) and assist passengers in preparing before the security check. Enjoying direct customer contact and having good English skills are key qualifications for this role.
