Discounted parking rates can only be applied if the required conditions are met. You must be employed as a travel agent and be travelling on the booked trip yourself. To provide proof, please upload your booking confirmation using the form below.

Your booking confirmation will be used solely for the purpose of verifying your eligibility. We will delete the documents you provide immediately after completing the eligibility check. In cases where eligibility cannot be confirmed, we will retain the documents for 14 days to address any queries you might have, but no longer than until the start of your stated trip. If you do not upload the required proof of identity, we will unfortunately not be able to grant you the discounted parking conditions.

Your data will be treated confidentially in accordance with data protection regulations. We store and process your data only to the extent and for as long as necessary to handle your request. Data processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract).
