Civil Aerodrome Usage Conditions
Any person using a public civil aerodrome is thereby subject, by virtue of using its facilities or premises, to the Civil Aerodrome Use Regulations applicable to that aerodrome (§ 23 Civil Aerodrome Operating Regulations). Users of the civil aerodrome include, in particular, aircraft operators, aircraft crew members, passengers, airport visitors, and personnel working at the airport (§ 25 Civil Aerodrome Operating Regulations).
