Registration in the USP and entry of employee data in the ZÜP application

You must register your company in the Unternehmensserviceportal (www.usp.gv.at) if you have not already done so. Afterwards, enter your employee’s data in the ZÜP application for the extended reliability check. You must then grant personnel clearance for Innsbruck Airport.

ABV: Assignment of the Work Order and Initiation of the Reliability Check

When logging into the ABV system for the first time, enter your company’s ID number from the USP for identification. The ID Office must then verify this ID in the ABV system. Only after this verification can you proceed with the process.
(If your company has already been identified in the ABV system in the past, this step is not required.)

Next, as part of the ID application process, assign a work order to the registered employee for the respective activity and for billing purposes. Using a digital signature (TAN), you initiate the extended reliability check.

IMPORTANT: The reliability check conducted by the BMK may take up to 28 days. The Airport ID Card may only be issued once the ZÜP status has been confirmed as “Reliable.”

After the eZÜP application has been submitted for an employee, it is essential to regularly check whether the preliminary verification has been successfully completed and whether the reliability check has been initiated.
