New Application for New Companies

You are a company and have received an assignment to collaborate with Tiroler Flughafenbetriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. from your TFG contact person.

Registration in the USP and entry of employee data in the ZÜP application

You must register your company in the Unternehmensserviceportal (www.usp.gv.at). Afterwards, enter your employee’s data in the ZÜP application for the extended reliability check. You must then grant personnel clearance for Innsbruck Airport.

ABV: Assignment of the Work Order and Initiation of the Reliability Check

When logging into the ABV system for the first time, enter your company’s ID number from the USP for identification. The ID Office must then verify this ID in the ABV system. Only after this verification can you continue with the process.

Next, as part of the ID application process, assign a work order to the registered employee for the designated activity and for billing purposes. Using a digital signature (TAN), you initiate the extended reliability check.

IMPORTANT: The reliability check carried out by the BMK may take up to 28 days. The Airport ID Card may only be issued once the ZÜP status is confirmed as “Reliable.”

After the eZÜP application has been submitted for an employee, it is essential to regularly check whether the preliminary verification has been successfully completed and whether the reliability check has been initiated.

EU Security Training

After submitting the application for the Airport ID Card, the participant will receive an invitation to the EU Security Training from the IAA.

Upon successful completion of the training, the IAA will automatically send the participant a training certificate by email.
For the subsequent issuance of the Airport ID Card, an appointment must be arranged by phone or in writing (see the opening hours of the ID Office).
