Company ID Renewal

You are a company that works regularly with Tiroler Flughafenbetriebsgesellschaft m.b.H., or have worked with Tiroler Flughafenbetriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. in the past.

Registration in the USP and entry of employee data in the ZÜP application

You must register your company in the Unternehmensserviceportal (www.usp.gv.at) if you have not already done so. Afterwards, enter your employee’s data in the ZÜP application for the extended background check. You must then grant personnel clearance for Innsbruck Airport.

If your company is already registered and your employee’s data has already been entered, this step is not required. However, please ensure that all data is always kept up to date.

ABV: Assignment of the Work Order and Initiation of the Reliability Check

When logging into the ABV system for the first time, enter your company’s ID number from the USP for identification.

(If you have already identified your company in the ABV system in the past, this step is not required.)

Assign a work order to the registered employee for the intended activity and for billing purposes. Using a digital signature (TAN), you initiate the extended reliability check.

IMPORTANT: The reliability check carried out by the BMK may take up to 28 days. The Airport ID Card may only be issued once the ZÜP status “Reliable” has been confirmed.

After an eZÜP application has been submitted for an employee, it is essential to regularly verify whether the preliminary check has been successfully completed and whether the reliability check has been initiated.

EU Security Training

After submitting the application for the Airport ID Card, the participant will receive an invitation to the EU Security Training from the IAA.

Upon successful completion of the training, the IAA will automatically send the participant a training certificate by email.
For the subsequent issuance of the Airport ID Card, an appointment must be arranged by phone or in writing (see the opening hours of the ID Office).
